
Lemon, a fruit that we heard about since the day we know ABC, L for Lemon, remember?? As you all may know, Lemon is a rich source for vitamin C, vitamin B, minerals like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, protein, carbohydrates and of course other nourishment. Ok, enough for my biology class, so what we can do to make Lemon more useful for us? Here I share some beauty tips with you girls.
Lemon as the nutrition supplement:

Let’s allow the yellow fruit with full of nutrition to start your day, mixed some fresh squeezed lemon juice into a glass of water and drink, that’s it, simple and easy. Too lazy to do stuff like this early of a day?? (i felt the same way sometimes too) Squeezed some lemon juice into the ice maker the before hand and freeze it, and put 1 or 2 lemon ice cube in a glass of warm water and drink every morning. I think this will be much more suitable for the people lazy like me.

Is lemon juice too sour for you? Here is the solution, mixed some honey with the drinks, it makes the glass more tasteful. So what can it help our body? The warm lemon drink provides a number of benefits as it aids in digestive problem, in dental care, cures throat infections, controls high blood pressure, acts as a blood purifier, reduces fevers and the most important it benefits our skin.
