The Married to the Mob Dunk Highs have received an extremely positive reaction since being unveiled on the web a few weeks ago, and It’s not difficult to see why. MOB head Leah McSweeney takes her inspiration from Chanel and uses touches of black patent leather and a woven material similar to what can be found on many of their kicks; the results are a very crisp and clean pair or Dunks that bear a touch of high-fashion influence.

Lately, it seems architects are tapping into other fields of design a lot more than designing buildings. Frank Gehry turned his obsession with metals to a new venue, at Tiffany & Co. Zaha Hadid collaborated with Brazilian shoe brand Melissa before designing the first ever traveling museum for Chanel. But the list doesn’t stop here.
In 2003, Rem D Koolhaas and Galahad Clark of the Clark family global shoe empire launched United Nude with the objective to create an iconic brand that intersects between design and fashion with collections of footwear that bridged both aesthetics and innovation.
