Debuting next year March 5, 2010 is the remake of the classic Disney movie, Alice in Wonderland. The movie is directed by Tim Burton who is famed for his dark and quirky style of movies. After checking out the trailer it was brilliant of Burton to approach what was once a classic Disney cartoon, injecting it with a whole new dark mysterious adventure.

Check out Marc Jacobs Fall 2009 ad campaign this season. Photographed by Juergen Teller, it portrays somewhat street yet party princess theme, giving credit to the graffiti backgrounds and the bright colours made to use.

Check out Prada‘s latest lookbook for Fall/Winter 2009. Creative but somewhat a little bit awkward with tree branches and sketches, it is done in partnership with Rem Koolhaas, Prada’s long time architectural collaborator. Its nice to see how they have in cooperated naturalism with their pieces.

Take a look at Reebok‘s latest for Freestyle Hi, the Freestyle Hi Zebra. Done in collaboration with Milkfed, I just love how they play with the colour contrast of the pink with the zebra stripes design. With lilac laces it just simply matches so well. Available July 25, 2009.

Check out these photo series done by Russian advertising agency Doberman and artist Alexandra Zaharova and Ilya Plotnnikov for the July-August 2009 issue of L’Officiel. What interest me most is that all dresses from the shoot are made entirely out of paper. Each intricate design, showing delicate and the stiff nature of the material embraces the photo shoot. Beautiful with amazing silhouettes, unfortunately it is not wearable.
